The invention relates to a device for flexible or semi-rigid dynamic stabilisation of the spine, in particular of the human spine, by a posterior route, combining two mechanical systems which are placed on each side of the upper and lower lateral faces of the spinal processes and are connected to each other by a shock-absorbing system. The object of this system is to correct, after positioning, the disc and muscle/ligament defects and, in so doing, to limit the pain. The positioning technique is simple and the surgical manoeuvre rapid.
