This device is of the kind used for stirring a liquid (2) in a heated bath of liquid contained in a vessel or the like (1) in order to homogenise its temperature, the purpose of said bath (2) being to heat culinary preparations or maintain them at a certain temperature. It possesses a means comprising a distributing tube (3) and a pump (5) for driving a gas at a pressure through said bath (2), producing bubbles (7) which stir the liquid (1) as they pass through the bath (2). This device is particularly for stirring the water in a bain-marie. IMAGE
