Stirring homogenisation and removal from container - of liquids charged with e.g. solid particles, used in pharmaceutical, food and farming industries

Method of stirring homogenisation and removal of a liq. in sterile conditions from a container is described. The axis of the container, contg. the substances to be mixed, is inclined to the vertical. The container is rotated about the axis by about a quarter of a turn alternately in either direction. A mechanically driven stirrer forming the inner part of the removal device passing centrally through the removal opening of the container is rotated about its axis. The stirrer consists of a flexible tube loaded at its bottom end through which the fluid is subsequently removed. The method can be used in certain hospital practices. Mixing and are effected in sterile conditions. No foreign body need by inserted to effect stirring or removal of mixt.
