Porous moulded objects comprising a coarse granulate and a binder composition which is a sulphur binder composition containing a fine granulate. The sulphur binder advantageously contains from 40 to 55 % by weight of modified sulphur and is employed in a proportion of approximately 40 % in relation to the coarse granulate. Particular application in the manufacture of porous paving stones.
