GRAND PIANO CHECK LEVER AND CENTRE BALANCE PIN

摘要

A separately mounted check lever 3 with back check and wire 2 and adjustable pilot and threaded wire which is independently fixed from the key 8 and when used with the removable centre balance pin 5 enables the key 8 to be removed from the action 11. The check lever 3 is fitted to the action rail 6 and provides means of regulating the position of the hammer 9 after the key 8 has been 'played' whilst the action is in the piano. The removable centre balance pin 5 enables the level of the key 8 to be adjusted without the need to remove the action from the piano. The removable centre balance pin 5 enables the key 8 to be removed from the piano for necessary maintenance, without the need to remove the action from the piano.
