PURPOSE: To shorten the time for processing money receiving transaction regardless of whether the transaction is settled or not by executing the processing of cash for receiving by dividing it into two processes that is a process till the settlement of transaction and a process after that, at the time of executing the money receiving transaction. CONSTITUTION: At the time of the money receiving transaction, paper money which is set at a feeding port is carried to a recognizing part 7 so as to recognize whether money receiving is possible or not, one by one. When it is recognized as a true one and the denominator is determined in result, paper money is collected in a collecting and paying port 2 and its counted value is displayed in the display part of an on-line terminal equipment. Here, unless the money amount of the display part coincides with a reported receiving money amount and when a customer requests a transaction stop, the paper money at the paying port 2 is drawn out and returned to the customer by a teller. In the meantime, when the displayed money amount coincides with the reported receiving money amount and also the customer requests the transaction, the teller settles the transaction. The teller successively judges whether or not the succeeding transaction is executed, draws out paper money from the paying port 2 immediately or through the use of the idle time of the transaction and set cash at a collecting port 1 so as to execute a reception processing.
