PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable execution of a closing payment operation anew, after failure recovery or after full storage solution, and not establish the closing payment operation in the event that failure or full storage occurs during the closing payment operation of a cash depositing/dispensing processor.SOLUTION: Payment categories including "closing payment" to be executed once only at business closing time, and "payment during business" other than the closing payment are selectable to an attendant. Further, a cash depositing/dispensing processor includes: a storage unit 21 for storing the payment categories; a cash payment processing unit 22 for performing payment processing of cash associated with the payment category stored in the storage unit 21; an operation monitoring unit 24 for monitoring operation abnormality of the cash payment processing unit 22; and a payment category changeover unit which, when operation abnormality is detected of the cash payment processing unit by the operation monitoring unit 24 during closing payment operation, changes over the payment category stored in the storage unit 21 to "payment during business".
