PURPOSE:To obtain a model of a sailing vessel which has the same shape to a real yacht and can sail on the water even under any wind by installing an auxiliary keel having a weight at the lower edge, in demountable manner on the ship bottom. CONSTITUTION:Each stabilizing blade is formed on both the sides of the rear lower part of an auxiliary keel 7, and an installation member holding a vertical weight 8 is fixed at the front part of the auxiliary keel so that installation height for the vertical weight 8 can be adjusted. In the installation of the auxiliary keel 7 onto a hull, an installation screw 1b is screwed into a tapped hole 1a on the ship bottom side of the hull 1 having a box nut structure for waterproofness, and the flange-shaped installation members 7a and 7b at the front and rear of the auxiliary keel 7 are tightened from outside, along the center line of the hull 1, keep a keel off. Accordingly, the auxiliary keel 7 having the vertical weight 8 at the lower edge is engagement-fixed on the ship bottom of the model of a sailing vessel from outside by a demountable installation device, and the lateral turn down and lateral flow can be prevented, and the model suitable for display can be obtained, and also the sailing on the water can be carried out favourably.
