PURPOSE:To simplify the speed up processing calculation by adjusting beam intervals of element antennas of a primary radiator array and observed values of the element antennas. CONSTITUTION:The element antennas of the primary radiator array 2(2a1 - 2am) are arranged at the adjusted beam intervals 9(901 - 9m-1) on the focus F of a reflecting mirror 1. In this case, ground surface intervals in the satellite travel right-angle direction of a beam foot point on the ground surface become equal, the same intervals are obtained even in different frequency bands, and the same point can be observed nearby the center of scanning, so when a user of observation data processes the data, a special interpolating method need not be used in the satellite travel right-angle direction. Therefore, the processing calculation is simplified and speeded up and many users can utilize the observation data speedily and accurately at low cost.
