PURPOSE:To prevent a fault of the own station from extending over the whole bus system with simple constitution, by fixing an input of a transmitting driver to an immobile level, when an abnormality is detected. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting data SD supplied from a data generating system is inputted to a transmitting driver 14 through a NOR gate 16. Also, the trans mitting data DS is inputted to a retriggerable monostable multivibrator 18, too, and an inversion output of this monostable multivibrator 18 becomes another input of the NOR gate 16. When an abnormality is detected by the monostable multivibrator 18, the input of the transmitting driver is fixed to an immobile level by the NOR gate 16. As a result, the output of the transmit ting drive also goes to an immobile level and the bus is fixed, and although a transmission from the own station cannot be executed, a data can be trans ferred normally between other stations.
