PURPOSE: To prevent private data from being seen by other persons, by a method wherein a polygon-shaped housing space whose front side is opened is formed on an upper surface of a fortune-teller body, and an operation key is arranged along a front side of the space on the open side while a liquid crystal display panel is arranged on the inner side. ;CONSTITUTION: In a fortune-teller which is installed, for example, at a corner on a tea salon table, on an upper surface of a body made of an almost right hexagon which houses a printer, a microcomputer and the like, a pyramid-shaped housing space 2 is formed which comprises three light shutting walls 2a to 2c placed on the righthand side, the lefthand side and the rear side respectively, and opened on its front side. On the front side of the space 2, a key-arranged panel 15 is placed along the front side while a liquid crystal display panel 17 tilting upward is on the inner side then the key-arranged panel 15. Further, on an upright wall of the front side of the body 1, a coin throw-in part 6 and a waste paper cover 8 for covering recording paper after printing are arranged respectively.
