PURPOSE:To produce the title sheet having a coloristically accentuated ruggedness by forming a polyurethane resin layer of a higher solvent solubility and a different color on the surface of a sheet having a polyurethane resin surface layer, press-forming a ruggedness on it and removing only the surface layer from it with a solvent. CONSTITUTION:At least one polyurethane resin layer is formed on the surface of a sheet having a layer comprising a polyurethane resin as a surface layer. In forming one polyurethane resin layer on it, a polyurethane resin layer having a color different from that of the surface layer and being more easily soluble in a solvent is formed, and in forming at least two layers on it, the uppermost layer and the next layer have different colors and the uppermost layer is more easily soluble in a solvent than the next layer. A ruggedness is formed by pressing on the surface of the polyurethane resin layer, and the sheet is treated with a solvent which can dissolve the uppermost polyurethane resin layer but leaves the polyurethane resin layer beneath it undissolved. In this way, a sheet which has a ruggedness accentuated by a color pattern which appears to be a natural change can be obtained.
