PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative sheet having recessed parts using an aq. ink compsn. and aq. topcoat paint generating no environmental pollution by applying the aq. topcoat paint having a specific range value on an aq. ink film having a specific surface tension value. ;CONSTITUTION: A decorative sheet is produced by applying aq. topcoat paint with surface tension of 24-30dyne/cm on an aq. ink film with surface tension of 9-19dyne/cm. In the formation of the aq. ink film with surface tension of 9-19dyne/cm for example, a liquid-repellent aq. ink compsn. prepared by adding 5-70wt.% of fluoroplastic to an aq. resin based on styrene or acrylic acid and, if necessary, adding a colorant thereto can be use. When the aq. topcoat paint with surface tension of 24-30dyne/am is applied to the aq. ink film, the topcoat paint is immediately repelled because the surface tension of the topcoat paint is extremely higher than that of the aq. ink paint.
