PURPOSE:To facilitate movement by suspending a rail for moving a collapsible form by a plurality of upper trolleys which have been fitted on the upper part of a tunnel along its axial line, and by suspending the front part of a frame from a lower trolley supported by the rail. CONSTITUTION:A form is comprised of a front frame 4, a rear frame 5, and a collapsible steel form 3, while a moving mechanism is comprised of upper trolleys 12 fitted to clamps 11, a rail 13, and a lower trolley 14 respectively. When covering works are carried out, respective form blocks 39 of the form 3 are collapsed, and respective leg-part jacks of the frames 4, 5 are shortened to deform the form 3. And the upper end part of the frame 4 is connected to the trolley 14 so as to shift the load to the rail 13, and the rubber roller on the frame 5 is driven for traveling and moving the form 3 on the surface concrete subjected to covering works, and the above procedure is repeated. Thus, the frame can be easily moved.
