PURPOSE:To move up and down a cartridge holder accurately by coupling free ends of vertical arms of a front and a rear arm members together through an auxiliary lever member whose length is equal to the arrangement distance between both arm members. CONSTITUTION:A trigger 13 is energized by a return spring unless a disk cartridge is loaded, and an engagement part 13a which extends from below the trigger 13 into a device body receives the downward projection part 6e of the rear arm 6 to inhibit the arm 6 from rotating clockwise. Consequently, the front and rear arms 5 and 6 coupled through the auxiliary lever 11 while held at a counterclockwise rotational attitude hold the cartridge holder 1 at the insertion position of the disk cartridge horizontally with arms 5a and 6a.
