PURPOSE:To prevent the parasitism of plant lice on plants by employing safe Houttuynia cordata Thunb. or a juice or extract thereof. CONSTITUTION:Since aphids do not parasitize on Houttuynia cordata Thunb. safe for men, the body of the Houttuynia cordata Thunb., a juice or extract thereof is placed near plants or attached to the plants to prevent the parasitism of the aphids on the plants. The Houttuynia cordata Thunb. used as a Chinese drug is safe when handled and also safe when attached to the cut end of a field crop. The body of the plant, the juice or extract thereof is advantageous because of preventing the parasitism of not only the aphids but also ants living together with the aphids.
