METHOD FOR REPAIRING MOLTEN IRON RECEIVING HOLE IN TORPEDO LADLE CAR FURNACE BODY AND MOLDING FLASK FOR REPAIRING MOLTEN IRON RECEIVING HOLE

PURPOSE: To provide a method for repairing a molten iron receiving hole in a torpedo ladle car furnace body and a molding flask for repairing the molten iron receiving hole used for this torpedo ladle car, in which the repairing method of pouring monolithic refractory in the straightly standing-up condition of the furnace body is applied and the safety of the work, the improvement of the working efficiency and the sureness of the work are attained and the molding flask for repairing is light in weight and has high strength and can repeatedly be used. ;CONSTITUTION: The molding flask 10 is made of a light wt. member and composed of plural divided molding flasks 11 for molten iron receiving hole refractory and molding flask 12 for surrounding refractory. At the time of fitting the assembled molding flask 10 at the molten iron receiving hole 13 and this periphery, the molding flask 10 is held with an air bag supporting base 19 composed of balloon parts 23 and a holding member 31 on the molten iron receiving hole 13. Further, after constructing the molten iron receiving hole refractory 28, by discharging the air from the balloon parts 23, the air bag supporting base 19 is shrunk, and also, the molding flask 10 is divided into plural pieces and removed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
