PURPOSE:To reduce the program development/maintenance manhours by providing a processing part to correct, add and delete the program source for each of its hierarchies based on the instruction of an input part and producing a program source row through plural departments. CONSTITUTION:A processing part 5 performs the correction, addition and deletion of the program source based on the program source name, the program source hierarchy and a program source row identifier received from an input identifying par 2 as well as the program source read out by a program source input/output part 3. In this case, the program sources added with the identifiers of the row identifier hierarchies 1 and 2 are corrected, added and deleted with indication of the program source hierarchies 1 and 2 respectively. Hereafter the program source added with an identifier of a row identifier hierarchy (n) is corrected, added and deleted in the same way as long as a program source hierarchy (n) is indicated.
