PURPOSE: To easily, safely and efficiently install a large reinforcement cage inside of a vertical shaft for building a deep foundation. ;CONSTITUTION: A loading bed 5, from which a suspension post 6 can be projected and housed in which freely, is provided on a travelling truck 2, which can travel freely, and a turning base 3 so as to be moved freely around a standing shaft CT2 in relation to the turning base 3 between a horizontal loading position X1 and a vertical installation position Y1. The loading bed 5 is provided with a loading part 5a, which is formed with a recessed loading surface 5aa corresponding to the outer peripheral surface 20a of a reinforcement cage 20, so as to be loaded with a cylindrical reinforcement cage 20.
