PURPOSE: To provide an electric heater to a ceiling and to dry condensation produced on a ceiling surface in the case a steamer is used. ;CONSTITUTION: A heater unit 5 sewing a heater wire on a cloth 6 is stuck on the whole rear side of a ceiling board 1 and a connection rising section 3. In addition, radiation in the connection rising section 3 on the center of a ceiling is compensated by making hard foam thermal insulating materials 8 adhere thereto.
