PURPOSE: To improve the control responsive speed by connecting an input side of a damping means to a discharge side of a hydraulic pump, connecting a discharge side to an pressure sensor, and inputting the detection vibration of the pressure sensor in a control element means to dispense with the filtering processing of the detection signal. ;CONSTITUTION: A control element means 24 having at least two input sides and at least one output side is installed in this closed loop control circuit 20 to be used for a variable displacement hydraulic pump 2. A pressure sensor 10 is connected to a discharge side of the hydraulic pump 2 and the control element means 24 to detect the actual pressure value in the hydraulic pump 2, and the detection signal is inputted in the control element means 24. In addition, a damping means 25 having an input side and an output side is installed. The input side of the damping means 25 is connected to the discharge side of the hydraulic pump 2, and the output side is connected to the pressure sensor 10.
