PURPOSE: To provide the dam discharge alarm system which can give an alarm at the time a prescribed time before the rise of the water level. ;CONSTITUTION: A discharge alarm controller 20 is provided with a water level rise time return command means 22 and a correcting means 23. When the means 22 receives the alarm transmission condition from a discharge alarm device, it immediately sends the command to report the rise of the water level at the time of the rise of the water level, to another alarm device just below. The means 23 checks whether the return time of the rise of the water level is different from a preliminarily forecasted time or not, and this means 23 corrects the time of sending the command from the command means 21 to another discharge alarm device more below if it is different from the preliminarily forecasted time. Water level sensors 13-1, 13-2, and 13-3 are provided in vicinities of discharge alarm devices 1, 2, and 3, and each of these devices 1, 2, and 3 is provided with a water level rise return means 12 which monitors the water level by the water level sensor in the vicinity of the device itself at the time of reception of the water level rise time return command from the discharge alarm controller and returns the rise of the water level to the discharge alarm controller 20 at the time of the rise of the water level.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
