摘要

Software that allows post process PD patterns from the N-Q-Φ format to the Electra publication 11 classification has been presented. It can produce a real PD apparent charge figure for automatic recording and classification. Such figure when truly corresponding to a discharge and not to a interference or corona can trigger alarms in a more reliable way. Arrow pointing labeling helps to locate and highlight different PD types and interferences helping untrained engineers to interpret PD patterns.
