INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING BIAS MAGNETIC FIELD FOR NON-HISTORY TYPE RECORDING

PURPOSE: To provide an instrument for easily and surely measuring a bias magnetic field required for non-history type recording. ;CONSTITUTION: This instrument is provided for transferring information from a master medium 14 to a slave medium 12 in non-history manner, these media contact on a rotary drum 10, and transfer is performed under the existence of bias magnetic field 28 from a proximate magnetic array 18. This device is provided with a sensor coil 30 to be carried by a drum and when rotating the drum, that sensor coil is operated to generate a voltage signal proportional to the level and direction of bias magnetic field.
