PURPOSE:To check the error processing function of an opposite device by including an error of a desired kind to a desired section of a data frame in case of sending the data frame. CONSTITUTION:A normal data frame is sent from a data transmission section 41, an error generating circuit 51 changes a data of a part of section of the data frame and sends the data as the data including an error. The section causing the error and the kind of the error depend on a command from an error generation control section 52. The error processing function of the opposite equipment is confirmed by causing an optional kind of error to an optional section of the data frame to be sent.
