摘要

PURPOSE:To determine presence/absence of any high-frequency component of a big amplitude in a short-time unit of estimation and ensure the high-speed processing capacity by providing each means of detection, dividing, calculation, maximum-value selection, noise-detecting signal generation with respect to input waveform and processing the signals by use of a software means. CONSTITUTION:In case of a defective product such as a cylinder 4 containing dust, the signal by a detecting means contains high frequency 15 or 16 which passes across a dividing means 30 and is divided into respective estimated units and calculating means 31 calculates the sum of the respective estimated values. A maximum value detecting means 32 selects the highest one among the variation amounts of the respective estimated units which are calculated by a calculating means 31. The maximum value or related value will be over the set value so that a noise-detecting signal generating means 35 outputs a noise detecting signal. A a result, abnormal operation noise caused when the cylinder 4 contains dust or the like can be detected automatically without need of any expert versed in acousing training. The selection of the maximum value from said respective sums of the estimated values be executed with aid of software means within an extremely short period, whereby ensuring hihg-speed processing.
