PURPOSE: To provide a fixing method of optical fiber to V-groove array, a V-groove array used therefor, and its manufacture in which a multi-conductor optical fiber can be nearly arranged in a V-groove with ease troubles by the adhesion of a foreign material into the V-groove and the, excessive injection of a resin can be eliminated. ;CONSTITUTION: A sucking jig is touched to the connecting end surface 5 of a V-groove array 1, and an optical fiber 7 is neatly arranged in a V-groove 3 while reducing the pressure in the V-groove. The V-groove array 1 preferably has a sucking groove 6 gradually increased in depth toward the connecting end surface 5 of a base 2 on the bottom of the V-groove 3.
