TISSUE CULTURE OF PLANT OF FAMILY ORCHIDACEAE

摘要

PURPOSE: To enable the proliferation of PLB in high efficiency and large quantities in the production of a plant of the family Orchidaceae by tissue culture. ;CONSTITUTION: The growth point of a plant of the family Orchidaceae is aseptically extracted and cultured and a plant body is redifferentiated from the formed protocorm-like sphere to achieve the tissue culture of the plant of the family Orchidaceae. In the above process, the protocorm-like sphere is thrown into a liquid medium maintained in aseptic state in a vessel at a weight/volume (sphere/medium) ratio of ≤2.5% and the cultivation is continued without exchanging the liquid medium.
