AUTOMATIC CARRYING AND INPUTTING METHOD OF COLD CHARGE TO COPPER CONVERTER

PURPOSE: To provide an automatic carrying and inputting method of cold charge to copper converter capable of unmanning facility operation and unmanning weight management. ;CONSTITUTION: This method is provided with a cold charge stock facility 1 for stocking plural kinds of cold charges, automated guided vehicle 4 for carrying the cold charge from the cold charge stock facility to a cold charge carrying position; a cold charge carrying and inputting device 3 for carrying the cold charge from the cold charge carrying position to a copper converter 5 followed by inputting and a control device 6 capable of transmitting and receiving signal to and from the cold charge stock facility, the unmanned dolly and the cold charged carrying inputting device and controlling them. The control device 6 receives a cold charge input permission signal from the copper converter 5 and a stock signal from the cold charge stock facility 1 at the time of inputting the cold charge, and outputs the carrying command of a specified cold charge of a cold charge stocked in the cold charge stock facility 1 to the automated guided vehicle 4. The automated guided vehicle 4 receives this carrying command and carries the specified cold charge to the cold charge carrying position, and the cold charge carrying and inputting device 3 inputs the carried specified cold charge to the copper converter 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
