PURPOSE: To obtain a medicine for improvement of mental disorder syndrome, having an excellent improving effect on fugue, night delirium or aggressive behavior and excellent in safety. ;CONSTITUTION: A medicine for improvement of mental disorder syndrome, containing a compound represented by the formula (R¹ is H or OH) or its acid adduct salt, preferably hydrochloride of fasudil as the active component. This compound is administrated in an amount of 0.01 to 20mg/kg.day in the case of parenteral administration and 0.02 to 40mg/kg.day in the case of oral administration. As the dosage form, sterilized liquid is used in the case of parenteral administration and tablet, capsule, powder, granule, liquid, elixir, etc., are used in the case of oral administration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
