PURPOSE: To make cooking of food possible without being in contact with any oily material and make cooked food easily. ;CONSTITUTION: The saucepan has a bottom part 1 restricted by a surrounding part 2. A plate 4 is arranged in the saucepan with an inner surface of the plate being opposed to the bottom of the saucepan.
