摘要

PURPOSE: To efficiently obtain in high yield the subject compound excellent in stability and long-term preservability, useful as e. g. a soft-finishing agent for clothings by reaction between a long chain-type amine compound and an acid under specified conditions. ;CONSTITUTION: Under an agitating operation by agitating blades 2, a long chain-type amine such as N-methyl distearylamine and an acid such as hydrochloric acid are fed to a reaction vessel so that the initial contact position (x, y) for the components A and B satisfy the relationship: (x/a)¹+(y/b)²≤1[(x) is the distance from the revolving plane of the agitating blades 2 in the direction of the revolving shaft center 3; (y) is the distance from the revolving shaft center 3; a=3r; b=2r ((r) is the radius of each agitating blade 2)] to conduct a reaction between these components, thus obtaining the objective compound.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
