PURPOSE: To obtain a wine having a medicinal effect for hepatic disease patients, little in the content of alcohol, useful as medicinal alcohol-containing drinking water, and having a weakly acidic good taste in a reduced labor by a specific method using the flower of herb dandelion. ;CONSTITUTION: 10kg of the flower, white flower or yellow flower of herb dandelion is added to 10kg of fresh water and subsequently boiled in a container for 1.5hr. When the whole volume of the boiled solution reaches its three-fourth, the heating is stopped, and the solution is cooled. When the solution is cooled to 36C, the solution is mixed with 6kg of granular sugar, transferred into a tough and closable container, and further fermented for 50 days by a method comprising leaving the solution under a cooling condition, quickly stirring the solution once ten days and then immediately sealing the container, thus providing the objective product having an alcohol content of 0.72%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
