PAVEMENT METHOD OF HIGHWAY BRIDGE AND PAVEMENT TOOL

PURPOSE: To make it possible to decide the position of a rafter which regulates the end of a pavement material in the width direction and fix and remove easily the material when paving on the surface of steel plate of a road bridge. ;CONSTITUTION: A pavement tool 4 which decides the position of a rafter 3 and fixes the rafter 3 with the surface 1a of steel plate at the specified position, comprises a magnetic mounting tool 10 and a fitting 20. A permanent magnet is buried in a magnetic tool main body 11 of the magnetic mounting tool 10. This permanent magnet introduces magnet force into a magnet mounting part 11a on the bottom of the magnetic mounting tool main body 11. A removal means 12 is installed to the magnetic mounting tool body 11 so as to separate the main body 11. The fitting 20 is provided with a vertical part having a fixing claw 16 which mounts the rafter 3 and a horizontal part having support places 14 and 15 each of which supports and fixes the magnetic mounting tool 10 and a projected hole which projects downward the magnetic mounting part 11a. The rafter 3 is aligned on the surface 1a of the steel plate at the specified position by means of the fitting 20 and fixed with the magnetic mounting tool 10. The rafter 3 is removed together with fitting 20 by a removal means of the magnetic mounting tool 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
