PURPOSE:To enable laying a cable easily without using a truck by equipping shores with rollers and slide rods according to the height of a rack, drawing a cable on said rollers, and moving said cable supported with said slide rods toward a trough. CONSTITUTION:Brackets 30 are fastened at the specified height to shores 2 and rollers 40 and cable let-off motions 25 are fixed to blocks 35 fixed to said brackets 30. Slide rod supporting brackets 33 are fastened to the shores 2 and slide rods 50 are supported with said slide rod supporting brackets and arms 55 fastened to trough supporting members 12 through arm fixation members 56. A cable is drawn on the rollers 40 with the cable let-off motions 25, supported with the slide rods 50 by lowering the rollers 40, slid on the slide rods 50, and guided down into the trough 15 of a cable rack.
