PURPOSE:To promote the effects of breakwater and fishing nest by providing an umbrella having an opening and a plurality of through-holes to the top of a cylindrical breakwater pile provided with a plant section having a screw- like projected thread on the lower part and a plurality of through-holes. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical pile body 2 having a plant section 3 provided with a screw-like projected thread 3B and a plurality of through-holes 2A1 is formed of concrete or synthetic resin. An umbrella having an opening 4B and a plurality of radial through-holes 4B1 is provided to the top the pile body 2, and a fishing nest 1 serving both as breakwater and fishing rocks is formed. A plurality of fishing nests 1 as breakwaters are driven zigzag at specific intervals. According to the constitution, the effects of breakwater and fishing nest can be increased.
