PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of lubricating oil through prevention of entrance of water to an oil chamber by a method wherein a lubricating oil chamber is partitioned from an air chamber to store exhaust air by means of a partition plate, and a communicating pipe extended in the air chamber and communicated to the oil chamber is installed to the partition plate. CONSTITUTION:An oil chamber 31 to store lubricating oil, an air chamber 40 to store exhaust air through an exhaust chamber route, and a partition plate 50 to partition the oil chamber 31 from the air chamber 40 are provided. A U-shaped communicating pipe 51 is erected from the partition plate 50, and the air chamber 40 and the oil chamber 31 are intercommunicated therethrough. When, during suction and drainage of water to be sucked and drained, exhaust air enters the air chamber 40 through an inlet part 41, the exhaust air is brought into contact with a cylinder body 43, and rises within the cylinder body 43 and flows to an outlet part 42. A part of exhaust air pushes an oil level in the oil chamber 31 through the pipe 51 and forcibly feeds lubricating oil. However, the flow of condensed water produced through compression and cooling of the exhaust air is stopped by the partition plate 50 to prevent the occurrence of the situation in which water is mixed in lubricating oil.
