MEDICINE FOR PREVENTING KIND OF HUMAN CONGENITAL ABNORMALITY, CONTAINING AKABANE VIRUS AND BORDETELLA BRONCHISEPTICA AND ITS USE

PURPOSE: To prevent a danger of birth of a kind of human congenital abnormal child by improving the immunogenic potential of a mother through dermal inoculation to a woman desirous of conceiving in the near future. ;CONSTITUTION: Akabane virus is allowed to grow by hamster tissue cell culture, inactivated and mixed with killed Bordetella bronchiseptica and the resultant mixture is freeze-dried. The obtained material is dissolved in a phosphate buffer solution at a point of time of use and dermally inoculated to a woman desirous of conceiving in the near future (within six months) so as to prevent congenital abnormality such as hydrocephalus, porencephalus, acampsia (synarthrophysis) or microphthalmia. Or, Akabane virus is allowed to grow by hamster tissue cell culture and lipoprotein is removed therefrom. The resultant coat glucoprotein is mixed with lipopolysaccharide extracted from Bordetella bronchiesptica and the resultant mixture is freeze-dried.
