FLOW PREVENTION DEVICE FOR FLOOR CONCRETE AND CONCRETE FLOW PREVENTION PLATE USED THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To shorten a construction period by providing a concrete flow stopping plate at the side end opening of space for placing concrete in such a way as closing the opening, and then bolting the plate to a column or a beam. ;CONSTITUTION: Steel frame columns 1, each having a fixed support beam 4, are preliminarily erected. A beam 2 is, then, provided between the columns 1 and a permanent form 3 is placed on the beam 2. Thereafter, a concrete flow prevention plate 6 made of precast concrete is placed between the support beams 4, and the rising piece 10a of a seal material 10 is kept in contact with the outer surface of the columns 1. In addition, the lower piece 10b of the material 10 is kept in contact with and placed on the beam 2. Then, a bolt is inserted through the bolt hole 8a of a mounting plate 8 fitted to the body 7 of the plate 6, the bolt hole 4a of the support beam 4, the bolt hole 10C of the lower piece 10b and the bolt hole 2a of the beam 2. The bolt is, then, tightened with a nut, thereby fixing the flow prevention plate 6. Furthermore, concrete 16 is placed on the permanent form 3 and cured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
