METHOD FOR CONTROLLING STATIC BLOWING IN STEELMAKING OF CONVERTER

PURPOSE: To control molten steel temp. and molten steel component concns. at the time of stopping the blowing in high precision by executing the learning of neural network using the actual operational information and actual unknown heat quantity and actual unknown oxygen quantity and executing the learning between units. ;CONSTITUTION: The neural network is constructed by using the operational information as the input and the unknown heat quantity of the difference between the theoretical input heat quantity and the theoretical output heat quantity and the unknown oxygen quantity of the difference between the theoretical generating oxygen quantity and the theoretical consuming oxygen quantity as the output. A combination factor between the units constituting the neural network is corrected by using the actual operational information, the actual unknown heat quantity and the actual unknown oxygen quantity at the time of operating to execute the learning of the neural network. This learning can precisely be followed up to the variation in the constitution of an error item contained in a model formula and the variation in sequential time, thus the control precision can easily be maintained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
