PRODUCTION OF PILED CLOTH EXCELLENT IN COLORFASTNESS

PURPOSE: To obtain a cloth excellent in colorfastness by washing under keeping the piled surfaces of a pair of the dyed piled clothes to touch each other while the clothes are transferred. ;CONSTITUTION: This piled cloth removed excess piles from the surface of the cloth, at the same time removed unfixed dye and excellent in abrasion resistance (especially in wet-abrasion resistance) is obtained by washing a woven and knit or non-woven piled cloth made of natural fiber of animal or plant, semisynthetic fiber or synthetic fiber after the cloth is dyed under keeping the piled surfaces of the paired clothes to touch each other while the clothes are transferred through a washing tank containing a washing agent.
