UNIT GAIN POSITIVE FEEDBACK INTEGRATOR HAVING PROGRAMMABLE CHARGING CURRENT AND POLARITY

PURPOSE: To make an integrating speed programmable, and to constitute an integrator of a feedback characteristic. ;CONSTITUTION: An integrator is constituted of a capacitor 10 and a boot strap circuit 8 which detects the leaking charge of the capacitor 10 and returns it to the capacitor 10. Moreover, the integrator is provided with a charge pouring circuit 4 equipped with a digital input terminal for adjusting currents to be charged at the capacitor 10. The boot strap circuit 8 includes two transistors Qsn 0 and Qsn 1 which detect the leaking currents of the capacitor and two transistors Qun 0 and Qun 1 for constituting a differential circuit, and a positive feedback characteristic and a unit gain characteristic for complementing the leaking charge are obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
