SIZE SHAPE MEASURING DEVICE FOR SQUARE CYLINDRICAL BODY AND PRISMATIC BODY

PURPOSE:To measure size between opposite faces of a square cylindrical body and immediately three-dimensionally and complicatedly deformed, simultaneously to measure size between apex angles, to confirm a bending amount and a torsional amount at one setting, to improve measurement precision accordingly and to save labor for measuring work. CONSTITUTION:A column 12, upper and lower supports to support a fuel aggregate 10 above and below the column 12 and a size measuring head 18 vertically moving along the column 12 are furnished. The size measuring head 18 is furnished with a size measuring mechanism between opposite faces having a sensor to detect a plural number of pairs of contact shoes aligned to face against each other, a size measuring mechanism between apex angles where the contact shoes follow the ridge line of the fuel aggregate 10 and having a sensor to detect the contact shoes facing with each other and their positions and a bending and torsional size measuring mechanism having a guide member free to move within a horizontal surface following the ridge line of the fuel aggregate 10 and a sensor to detect the movement.
