PURPOSE: To practically use the upside angular part of a chuck-secured bag having the same form obtained by providing a discharge bag-making method capable of charging a substance to be packed with no problems, and besides, obtaining a chuck-secured bag having the conveniently narrowed width of an outlet port for taking out the substance to be packed even in the case where the bag is of the type that has a non-release bottom such as a self sustaining bag. ;CONSTITUTION: This method comprises each process of feeding a chuck-secured bag single body 1 or continuous body having a non-release bottom that is folded in or not folded in to a charging device in a state of the chuck disengaged and thus opened, charging a substance to be packed and engaging the chuck, and conducting top seal in the upside of chuck C, and at the sane time performing a corner angle seal S for forming the opening width being in a opened state into a narrower outlet port 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
