PURPOSE: To provide a transition table of a burden to house owners which enables to understand a burden transition state on a house purchaser side and a burden trasition state on an enterprise side which assists that. ;CONSTITUTION: In a transition table which represents a burden transition state of a person purchasing a land and a person building a company house on the land, a corresponding relation of burdens between the land purchaser and the house donor under arbitrary transition state is typically represented by a combination of the land and the house.
