PURPOSE: To provide a transition table of a burden to house owners which enables to understand a burden transition state on a house purchaser side and a burden transition state on an enterprise side which assists that easily at a glance. ;CONSTITUTION: In a transition table which represents transition states for burdens on a person purchasing a land and a person which builds a company house on the land, a corresponding relation of the burden between the land purchaser and the house donor is represented typically according to the transition state of burden with land house drawings 1, 2 wherein land drawings 1a, 2a and house drawings 1b, 2b are combined.
