PURPOSE: To conduct a routine test in vivo for an optical nature of the eye chamber humor in a method of not so troublesome way for a patient by making equal the central beam of beam pass in the primary side and secondary side from the vertical for the front interface of the lens of the eye, and arranging them to an angle in the opposite side, accordingly detecting a speculum surface reflection from the interface.
