A device for in-vivo determination of an optical property of the aqueous humour in the anterior chamber of the eye has a light source (19) for the purpose of irradiating light into the anterior chamber (10) along a beam path (18) on the primary side, a detector (22) for the purpose of detecting light emerging from the anterior chamber (10) along a beam path (20) on the secondary side, and a signal-processing unit for the purpose of determining the optical properties on the basis of the measurement signal of the detector (22).
