PURPOSE: To prepare curable compositions useful for a coating compounds or the like which are based on epoxy resins or a mixture of epoxy resins and polyisocyanates and containing trisimidazolyl triazines and have high reactivity and good storage stability at a relatively low temperature. ;CONSTITUTION: The objective compositions having high reactivity and good storage stability at a relatively low temperature are obtained by compounding epoxy resins (for example; bisphenol A type epoxy resins or the like), or a mixture of epoxy resins and polyisocyanates (for example; hexamethylene diisocyanate or the like) and at least one trisimidazolyl triazines [for example; tris(imidazole-1-yl) triazine or the like] of the formula (R₁, R₂, R₃, R₄, R₅, R₆, R₇, R₈ and R₉ are each H, an alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl or halogen; R₂ together with R₃, and R₅ together with R₆, and R₈ together with R₉ may each represent a fused benzene ring).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
