PURPOSE: To obtain a new high-conductive charge transfer complex and its intermediate by specifying the structure of the charge transfer complex. ;CONSTITUTION: The charge transfer complex expressed by formula and its intermediate are obtd. In formula I R1-R4 are same or different hydrogen atoms, amino groups which may be substd., alkoxy groups which may be substituted, amino groups which may be substd., or aryl groups which may be substd., A is expressed by formula II or III, X is an electron acceptor, and n is an integer 1 to 2. In formulae II and III, r1-r12 are same or different hydrogen atoms or alkyl groups which may be substd. or aryl groups which may be form rings.
